The actress currently lives with her family in New York City. Chando started her acting career at Manhattan College. Chando was the first Maddie Coleman of the television soap opera As World Changes. She was Maddie Coleman in the CBS TV soap As the World Turns for three seasons. Chando was also a part of the lead actress in a documentary TV series in the United States, True life, and played in Sherri. Chando was in two episodes of Glory Daze (an American comedy-drama series) as Annabelle. Other TV credits include Castle, Hindsight Dead People and Outcast.
