Also, he is known as Mr. Capalot as well as Polo Capalot. The ace Chicago Illinois rapper gained attention after he began uploading songs to YouTube. His first tracks were The Come Up and never Cared. The rapper made his SoundCloud debut with OFFICIAL polo.g SOUND CLOUD. Gang With Me marked his first single that became a hit, followed by another hit Finer Things. He was in prison when he wrote Finer Things. The song became his first hit and it racked up thousands of YouTube views, which brought him to the forefront. Soon, major labels showed their interest. Pop Out with Lil Tjay is the very first single that was released in the context of Columbia Records' distribution contract. The song received millions in viewings on YouTube. Additionally it landed 22nd on Billboard Hot 100. Polo G was a YouTube success and earned a decent amount of recognition through other social media websites such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
